Trade Stall Information

Rodeos draw big crowds and even bigger energy — making it a fantastic opportunity for vendors to connect with new customers. We're on the lookout for a diverse mix of stallholders, from food vans to country and western gear and rural lifestyle brands.

Photography Access – By Application Only

Photographers must apply for approval to capture images at the Xmas Rocks Rodeo, including content intended for sale or other commercial use.

As part of the agreement, selected images may be used by Xmas Rocks Rodeo for future promotional purposes (with credit given where possible).

Community Clubs — Join The Action And Raise Funds!

We’re inviting local clubs and community groups to be part of the Inaugural Xmas Rocks Rodeo by lending a hand during set-up and on event day.

This is a paid volunteer opportunity – a great way for your club to raise funds while playing an important role in a major community event that will draw people from across the region.

We’re looking for help with things like:

- Directing traffic and welcoming attendees

- Selling drink tickets (on a roster)

- Assisting with bar service (must hold current RSA)

- Clean up on the Sunday
