Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing tickets. By purchasing/holding/using a ticket to the Xmas Rocks Willalooka Rodeo (“the Event”), you accept these conditions (and any updates published by the organiser).

IMPORTANT – ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE OF LIABILITY 

Attendance at this event involves inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury or harm, arising from contact with livestock, horses, rodeo equipment, vehicles, uneven ground, weather conditions, crowd movement, and other hazards associated with rodeo and rural events.

By purchasing this ticket and/or entering the venue, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release and indemnify the event organisers, promoters, venue owners, landowners, contractors, volunteers, sponsors, competitors, and their respective officers and employees from any liability, loss, damage, injury, or claim, whether arising from negligence or otherwise.

This ticket is issued subject to section 139A of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

PURCHASE ON BEHALF OF OTHERS
If you purchase a ticket for another person (including a minor), you warrant that you have that person’s authority to purchase the ticket on their behalf and to provide these ticket conditions to them. You agree that these ticket conditions (including the assumption of risk and release) apply to each ticket holder.
You further warrant that, before attending, each ticket holder will be made aware of and will comply with all event conditions, and that use of the ticket to enter the venue constitutes acceptance of these ticket conditions by the holder.

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions:

“You”, “your”, “ticket holder”, or “purchaser” means the person who purchases or holds a ticket.

“We”, “us”, “our”, or “the organiser” refers to the organisers of the Xmas Rocks Willalooka Rodeo.

“Venue” refers to the event site at Xmas Rocks, Willalooka, South Australia.

Tickets & entry:
Ticket required for entry, valid once only. No altering/duplicating. Tickets are your responsibility if lost/stolen. Authorised sellers only; unauthorised/resold/commercial-use tickets may be cancelled.

Event & access: Event proceeds rain or shine unless cancelled. Access/areas may change for safety, weather, emergencies or operations.

Refunds: No refunds/exchanges except as required by Australian Consumer Law. If cancelled/rescheduled due to circumstances beyond organiser control, organiser may reschedule or offer a refund/alternative (refund limited to face value; fees excluded).

Conduct: Zero tolerance for violence, illegal drugs, offensive or unsafe behaviour. Prohibited items may be confiscated. Organiser may refuse entry/remove any person for safety/compliance/behaviour—no refund.

Alcohol: Licensed areas only. No BYO alcohol anywhere (incl. carpark/camping). Security checks may occur. Breaches may result in removal without refund.

Privacy/chargebacks/law: Personal info used for event admin/compliance per Privacy Policy. No chargebacks except as permitted by law. SA law applies.

Risk & liability: Applies as per the “IMPORTANT – ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE OF LIABILITY” clause written above/linked with this ticket.
